Sales Manager

ECCO Sunroom & Awning is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated sales manager for our Hampton Roads sales team. ECCO has been the known leader in outdoor living solutions in Hampton Roads for over 30 years. Candidate should be highly organized and possess a minimum of five years’ experience in sales management with a proven track record.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years sales management experience with proven track record.
  • Home Improvement sales experience is a plus.
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic and outgoing.
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented is a must.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Field Superintendent

ECCO Sunroom & Awning in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a Residential Superintendent to manage our in-house crews and subcontractors at multiple residential job sites throughout the Hampton Roads area.

Description and Responsibilities:
Perform various tasks as required to schedule and manage multiple crews installing our products.

Essential functions include but are not limited to:

  • Manage the daily activities of a 5-6 Installation crews
  • Train employees to improve quality and quantity of work performed.
  • Recruit, hire, train and retain Installation staff.
  • Communicate efficiently with crews, customers, subcontractors, and supervisors.
  • Create, read, and adhere to job schedules.
  • Plan job steps and ensure best working practices are used to ensure the safety of all crew members.
  • Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures.

 

Must have a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background check.

Administrative Assistant/Receptionist

ECCO Sunroom & Awning is looking for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join our team! ECCO is the known leader in Outdoor Living Solutions in Hampton Roads and has been for over 30 years. This is a full-time position with benefits for our office in Chesapeake, VA. We are seeking a friendly and welcoming personality with great phone etiquette, general office experience, software knowledge and strong organizational skills. Must be a self-starter and able to work productively with little to no supervision.

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Answering incoming phone calls *must be able to handle multiple phone calls at once
-Setting appointments *all appointments are media generated. No cold calling or telemarketer appointments. Our customers call us!
-Managing calendar(s)/schedule(s) for sales team, and management when needed
-Greet and assist customers in the showroom
-Collecting payments from customers
-Data Entry
-Clerical support for management
-Maintain organized filing systems

ECCO Sunroom & Awning in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a self-motivated & goal-oriented Design Consultant who enjoys working with homeowners and wants to earn a high income while helping people transform their homes. This is a consultative in-home sales role, meeting with homeowners who have requested information about improving their outdoor living space.

• Problem-solving job site issues
• Learning project costing and logistics

You will also spend time working alongside installation crews to learn how our products are installed and built. This hands-on experience is critical so that you can eventually manage projects with a full understanding of how they are executed in the field. Over time, the goal is for you to take ownership of projects and manage them independently.

Bilingual Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Bilingual Project Coordinator to keep projects running smoothly.

Must be fully bilingual – fluent in both English and Spanish (written/verbal)

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate daily schedules for installation teams, subcontractors, and deliveries
  • Work with project/installation managers, installers, and clients
  • Maintain records, permits, and oversee tracking of materials
  • Communicate updates and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Conduct visits to job sites as needed to meet with customers and take photos / videos of job progress

 

Requirements:

  • Construction project experience preferred
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Good communication skills & excellent customer service skills
  • Proficient in basic computer programs
  • Driver’s license required (must have clean driving record to drive company vehicle as needed)
  • Good customer service skills

Sunroom and Awning Installers, Carpenters and Apprentices

If you are reliable, capable of working on your own, have common sense, basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, we want to talk to you. ECCO Sunroom and Awning is looking for Sunroom Installers and Apprentices to build sunrooms, decks, install awnings, etc. Sunroom Installers will be trained and should have a background in carpentry, glazing, plumbing or related trade. Installers need basic hand tools and hands-on experience in trades. We will train you to install our products. Apprentices need minimal hand tools and a desire to become Installers. This is a year-round job. A valid driver’s license is required.

This is a year round job. We will train you to install our products. Valid driver’s license required.

Service Technician

ECCO Sunroom and Awning is looking for an experienced Service Technician that is well versed in all aspects of home repair. Candidate should be able to handle service work including replacing glass in windows and doors, servicing sliding windows and doors, troubleshoot and repair leaks, re-screening doors, etc. This is a year-round job. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.
